Tom Stevenson joined Ogier in March 2020 after having spent nearly ten years in the Real Estate team of a leading corporate service provider in Jersey. During this time Tom spent eight months in London on client secondment working as the European legal and compliance associate for a US real estate fund manager.
Background and experience
Tom oversees the administration of a number of client portfolios and works as part of a larger team that services a number of complex real estate structures, in the commercial and residential sectors.
Tom graduated in 2010 from Bournemouth University with a degree in Forensic and Crime Scene Science.
Tom is ICSA diploma qualified and has also obtained the RICS Certificate in Commercial Real Estate.
