Stephanie is a senior associate in the Investment Funds team in Jersey. Stephanie has a broad experience in fund formation, structuring and ongoing fund operation. Stephanie also advises on regulatory and listing matters.
Background and experience
Stephanie previously practiced with Ogier for five years specialising in investment funds, listing services and regulatory, working on a number of fund launches and debt listings.
Prior to re-joining Ogier in September 2021, Stephanie worked for another leading offshore firm building the Jersey office from inception and subsequently as legal counsel for a large-scale NYSE and TSX listed business.
Stephanie is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Stephanie graduated from Liverpool University in 2012 with an LLB Honours and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester in 2013.
