Sharon is an associate in Ogier's Corporate team. She has worked with corporate clients and investors in a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, corporate finance, banking and corporate governance.
Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier as a trainee in 2017, Sharon worked for two years in another large Dublin firm. Her work experience also extends to Allianz Insurance where she was part of the team in the Guarantee Department.
Sharon studied Law and Psychology at the University of Limerick, before going on to complete a Masters in International Commercial Law at University College Dublin.
