Samuel Dustow

Sam is an Associate Director in Ogier Global's Private Wealth team in Jersey and is an Affiliated member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (ICSA).

Sam has a vast wealth of experience in the establishment, management and on-going administration of various structures for UHNW families and individuals, with his experience stretching to nearly all asset classes.

He is an experienced private wealth practitioner, focusing on structuring and on-going administration of Ultra-High Net Worth structures, and has administered various entity types holding myriad investment classes, with a focus on private equity, VC and fund investments.

Sam has twice been named as one of eprivateclient's top 35 under 35 for the Channel Islands, in both 2019 and 2020.

Background and experience

Sam typically works with clients with an entrepreneurial background and those that have a focus on direct private investment opportunities.

He has over 10 years' experience in Jersey's finance sector and has also focused his experience on the administration and structuring of Private Equity and Venture Capital investments leading to a portfolio of clients with a keen interest in these fields.

Having worked for periods in the funds industry, Sam is well placed to understand the intricacies of private equity investments from both the investor and investee sides of a transaction. In addition, Sam forms part of our Marine and Aviation sector focus group, regularly working with UNHW individuals and their luxury asset requirements.
