Olivia Collette

Olivia is an experienced Luxembourg lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) specialising in real estate, contract, commercial and litigation law in the Grand Duchy.

She advises on all aspects of commercial and contractual litigation law and, in particular, has extensive experience in real estate and construction disputes, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings including exequatur in cross-border litigation.

Olivia deals with both the advisory and the litigation aspects of civil and commercial law and is dedicated to delivering tailor-made legal services to not only local and international companies but also to public authorities.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Olivia worked for a major Luxembourgish law firm and notary office, and is admitted in the jurisdiction.

Olivia has extensive experience in real estate and construction disputes, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings including exequatur in cross-border litigation.

She holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Liège and a specialised Master's degree in Public Notary Law from the same University.

Olivia is fluent in French and English and has a good knowledge of Luxembourgish.
