Nick is one of the leading litigators in Jersey. He is head of the Jersey Dispute Resolution team and a key member of the Trusts Advisory Group.
Background and experience
Nick specialises in complex and cross-jurisdictional commercial litigation. He is an experienced and persuasive Advocate, regularly appearing in the Royal Court. Clients praise Nick for his strategic sense and his sound, solutions-based advice.
Nick acts for many of the leading trust companies in the Island, assisting them in the full range of contentious trustee, company and regulatory issues that they may face. He also specialises in shareholder litigation and claims of unfair prejudice and breaches of contract and fiduciary duty. He has extensive experience in insolvency and regulatory matters.
Nick joined Ogier in 2007, having previously practised in England with Clifford Chance. He was admitted as a Jersey Advocate in 2010, and became a Partner in 2013
