Lucy Grimshaw

Lucy is global head of corporate services for Ogier Global. She specialises in corporate administration and governance solutions as well as executive incentive and share plan administration.

Background and experience

With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate services, Lucy has held numerous senior operational and relationship roles, including Global Head of Product and Head of Corporate Services for a Listed FTSE 250 corporate and funds services business.

Lucy has sat on numerous client entity boards, was a board member of the regulated operational boards for both Jersey and Ireland, and is also an active member of the global operating sub-committees.

Across asset classes, Lucy delivers first class corporate and governance products and multi-jurisdictional solutions to institutions and asset managers.

Lucy holds a BA (Hons) Social Sciences and combined languages degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
