Lucie Steinmetz

Lucie is a Corporate senior associate in the Luxembourg Legal team. She has experience in a wide range of corporate matters including international and national M&A, corporate restructuring and wealth planning through partnerships.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Lucie was part of the corporate team of another major law firm, where she specialised in corporate and tax law. She advised companies, private equity and real estate clients as well as individuals in various matters including companies' restructuring, corporate and tax law and tax litigation.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the Law and Business Institute of Lyon (IDEA) and was admitted to the French bar of Lyon in 2018.

She is fluent in French and English and has good knowledge of Spanish.
