Joris Reinert

Joris is a managing associate in the Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg. He advises on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, fund finance and restructuring. Joris also advises international companies, private equity firms, banks and financial institutions on complex and cross-border corporate transactions.

Background and experience

Joris advises on cross-border banking and finance matters. His area of expertise notably includes secured lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, investment fund finance and restructuring transactions.

Before joining Ogier, Joris was senior associate in the banking and finance department of another renowned international law firm in Luxembourg. Since 2016, he has provided guidance to both domestic and international clients on a wide range of banking and corporate matters.

Joris graduated with a Master's degree specialising in European Business Law from the Université of Nancy (France). He is fluent in French and English.
