Eoin works in the Banking and Finance team in Dublin with a particular focus on advising issuers, arrangers and managers on a broad range of securitisation structures (both public and private) across a number of asset classes including commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, auto loans, CLOs and non-performing loans.

Background and experience
Having trained in a top tier Irish law firm, Eoin relocated to London in 2018. While in London, Eoin focused on a broad range of ABS products including CMBS, RMBS and CLOs. In addition to this, Eoin provided regulatory advice to arrangers and managers with a particular focus on the application of the EU Securitisation Regulation.
Since returning to Dublin, in addition to a focus on advising securitisation issuers, Eoin has worked on a variety of real estate financing structures including loan-on-loan transactions, repos and development finance facilities.
