Aaron is an associate in Ogier's Corporate team. He has worked with financial institutions, corporates and technology companies within Ireland and abroad on all manner of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial drafting and banking and corporate governance. As well as corporate restructures, corporate finance and private equity.

Prior to joining Ogier, Aaron worked in another large Dublin firm for five years.
Aaron is a graduate of NUI Galway and University College Dublin, where he completed a Bachelor of Civil Law and Masters in Intellectual Property and IT Law respectively. Most recently, Aaron has completed a Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance with the Law Society of Ireland.
