Our teams have experience in all matters relating to international arbitral proceedings, which are an increasingly used method of resolving international corporate disputes.

Alongside representation in arbitral hearings, we also act in matters associated with proceedings, including injunctions and challenges in respect of arbitral agreements and awards.

Our arbitration specialists have significant expertise under the UNCITRAL Model Law setting international standards in arbitral practice.

In particular, our BVI and Hong Kong teams are experienced users of the BVI International Arbitration Centre and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. BVI partner Nicholas Burkill is the founder of the BVI Arbitration Group, a representative group of dispute resolution specialists and government representatives founded to promote the BVI IAC.

We also advise on other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including court-ordered mediation.
